Migrating class packs to Sweatpals requires careful coordination between hosts and our team. Here's what you need to know for a smooth transition.

## What We Need From You

To successfully migrate your existing class pack holders, please provide:

- **Contact details**: Name, email, and phone number for each class pack holder
- **Credit balance**: The exact number of remaining credits for each person
- **Current tracking method**: How you're currently managing these credits (spreadsheet, booking system, paper records, etc.)

## Planning Your Migration Timeline

Timing is everything when it comes to class pack migration. We'll work with you to:

**1. Set a migration date** - Choose a date when our team can transfer all credits into Sweatpals. This should align with your class schedule to minimize disruption.

**2. Communicate with members** - We recommend notifying class pack holders at least one week before migration. Let them know their credits will transfer seamlessly and they'll receive instructions for accessing them in Sweatpals.

**3. Freeze new pack sales** - Consider pausing class pack sales 3-5 days before migration to maintain accurate credit counts.

## Migration Day Process

On the agreed migration date:

- Our team will upload all class pack credits to member accounts
- Members will receive an email with instructions to access their credits
- You'll get confirmation when migration is complete
- Any classes between your last credit count and migration will need to be tracked separately

## Best Practices

To avoid gaps in service:

- Complete a final credit audit 24 hours before migration
- Schedule migration for a day with no classes if possible
- Have a backup list of attendees for classes immediately following migration
